These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which the products offered on the website are sold to the Customer.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability.
Each product is described with its essential characteristics.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual, provided that the essential characteristics of the product are clearly indicated to the Customer before placing an order. E-commerce websites must display essential information clearly before the sale is concluded.

Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, it being specified that the seller benefits from the VAT exemption scheme.
Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied to the Customer is the one displayed at the time of the order. The VAT exemption notice is stated as follows: “VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.”

Order
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The order becomes final once payment has been validated.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or clearly incorrect information. In e-commerce, the Customer must be clearly informed that final validation of the order entails an obligation to pay.

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website.
The order will only be processed after full confirmation of payment.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are prepared and shipped on the next business day following order confirmation.
France
Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days — €4.90
Pick-up point delivery: 3 to 5 business days — €3.90
Express delivery: 48 hours — €10.00
Europe
Standard delivery: 4 to 7 business days — €8.90
Free Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over €65 with standard delivery or pick-up point delivery.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. The professional must indicate and respect a delivery deadline for the goods.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send their request by email to misma.bijoux@gmail.com.
The Customer must return the products no later than 14 days following the communication of their decision to withdraw.

Returns
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The Customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
Unless otherwise indicated by the seller, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the seller will refund all sums paid by the Customer, including the initial standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. The refund may be deferred until the goods have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been received.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made according to the Customer’s specifications.
It also does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, where this exception is applicable. Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal must be brought to the consumer’s attention.

Legal Guarantees
Products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product, fault on the part of the Customer, or an event of force majeure.
